Responsibilities
Overall office management and coordination of staff work requirements.
Karlene initially joined The Green Group in 1985. After working as a staff accountant for several years, she then transferred to a Green affiliated company, Jobel Management, to run the real estate operations of more then 100 real estate ventures worth over $600,000,000.
Mr. Green saw the value in Karlene's overall management and operational skills, requesting she join The Green Group, again as Director of Administration.
Currently, Karlene continues to operate the real estate in addition to the responsibility of the day to day operations of The Green Group. Karlene coordinates the reposibilities of the accounting and administrative staffs, all aspects of office administration, employee benefits and otehr personnel issues.
Karlene assists the staff in effectively balancing the personal and professional needs of The Green Group staff.
