Diane is the Auditing and Tax Manager at The Green Group.
She joined the firm in June 2015 and brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting, primarily in the fields of tax and assurance.
With specializations in individual, fiduciary, nonprofit, small business, and entity taxation, Diane is responsible for preparing and reviewing personal and business tax returns of varying complexity.
She is a member of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee and Quality Control Department, focusing on auditing and accounting for nonprofit organizations, manufacturing and wholesale companies, service organizations, financial institutions, HUD agencies, and real estate developers and investors.
Diane handles larger, more complex engagements while supervising projects, reviewing working papers and financial statements, and communicating directly with clients.
She graduated summa cum laude from Georgian Court University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Diane has two children, Nicholas and Samantha, and stays active through volunteering. She enjoys gardening, cooking, camping, and supporting environmental causes.
